Surah At-Tawbah should not begin with Bismillah

Hi there, I noticed that a new interface has been uploaded with a different Arabic font. I am not quite sure if this issue I am reporting is new because I know the last time I read surah At-tawbah, it did not start with Bismillahirahmanirahim. But now with the new update, I see  Bismillahirahmanirahim at the start of that Surah.
