Issue with Highlight and Note Synchronization (iOS)

Hello, the notes and bookmarks are not being saved persistently, they get deleted automatically after some time. while favorites sync correctly. The problem is limited to iOS devices tied to one specific iCloud account.

Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app on all three devices, the issue persists.

Functionality works as excepted on devices under different accounts. 

Based on these observations, it seems like there might be a corrupted configuration tied to my account that reloads with every sync, regardless of changes made in the app.

At this point, I’d simply like to fully reset my Quran app account, even if it means starting over from scratch.
