new feature

1-Every time i visit the site my setting and the last surah and ayah that i read not be saved and i have to change setting and find surah again please use browser cookie to solve this problem like http://tanzil.net 

2- tooltip display only work fo english please add this feature for persian language and please add other translations in Persian like AbdolMohammad Ayati and other

3- rtl language like Persian not showing right to left in translation please fix it
