Adjustments for the iPad Pro version

The iPad Pro version could get few adjustments like the horizontal view with two pages.

The pointer on the iPad could be better like bigger magnifying glass(in my opinion).

And it seems like the Audio file of Maher al Muaqly is buggy because it lets me redownloading the file and it says there s only one Surah.

Would suggest changing the recommended receiter to another one instead of Mishary Al Afasy.
