Files do not open

If there is www at the beginning of the internet address, the files are not accessible, please help

  Assalam O Alikum - I test it today and the www.quran.com is pointing to quran.com and is working for me.  (ps. I am a community member).  Not sure if you still getting the error but just wanted to share my findings.
