Missing harakah on Quran 39:37

As salaamu alaikum,

In surah 39 ayah 37, there is a harakah missing for all Quran fonts (indopak,uthmanic,king Fahd 1/2)

It is this ayah on Quran.com:

notice there is no sukoon on the noon

However at https://tafsirq.com/en/39-az-zumar/verse-37

there is a sukoon on the noon:
